Huttleston Benefit Group was established in 1989 to provide benefit administration to groups both large and small. Because disability administration is unlike other benefit administration, HBG has chosen to specialize in that area. We believe that subscribers to an insurance plan should experience as little inconvenience as possible. Thus, when a plan sponsor changes administrators, the change should be virtually invisible to the claimant, subscriber, and sponsor. Our goal, when taking over administration of a plan is to make a new phone number the only external sign of change.

Although we administer programs with unusual intensity, we have developed an efficiency of administration that affords plan sponsors very low overall costs. Our competitive pricing structure can incorporate factors including the number of subscribers, estimated premium volume, plan design and the number of benefit schedules. A few final comments: HBG is not the largest TPA, but we are continuing to grow. The people who run it also own it. Everything that happens in our firm is our responsibility. The buck stops before it is passed. Our staff takes personal interest in all projects and has a level of commitment that extends beyond job descriptions. |
